Listen first
No lasting solution comes from a hasty diagnosis. I take the time to understand your situation as you experience it before proposing anything.
APPROACH
I begin by listening to the situation as it is experienced, by the people involved as well as by the organisation. Then, together with you, I look for what is really holding things back and for the practical levers that will enable you to make decisions and move forward, using means you can make your own.

My role is to help you find the means to develop, decide and act effectively again, without applying ready-made models.
A situation that is going nowhere, a team losing momentum, decisions that become hard to make: these difficulties don’t always stem from a lack of skills or motivation. An ill-suited organisation, poorly defined expectations or ingrained habits can hold things back. An outside perspective helps you step back, identify the levers and build the right responses.
PRINCIPLES
Listening, asking questions and analysing real needs guide every assignment. Coaching, talent development and change management methods are tools in the service of the support I provide, not ends in themselves.
No lasting solution comes from a hasty diagnosis. I take the time to understand your situation as you experience it before proposing anything.
A difficulty often has a human, a managerial and an organisational dimension. I take all three into account.
Clear, realistic actions that you can sustain on your own once the support has ended.
An outside perspective is only valuable if it is honest. Caring, but never just telling you what you want to hear.
An initial, no-obligation conversation to understand your expectations and explore together how I can support you.
