For the contact form: surname, first name, email address, telephone number if provided, company or organisation if given, type of enquiry and message content. Technical data (in particular IP addresses and connection logs) may be processed by technical service providers for the operation and security of the website. Please do not send medical or other sensitive data through this form.

The information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss a possible engagement and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal for working together. Depending on the context, the legal basis is the taking of steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, or DEZPEGA’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Information from the form is not used for newsletters or direct marketing.

Fields marked as mandatory are needed to respond to your enquiry. Without them, DEZPEGA may be unable to follow it up. Other fields are optional.

Contact requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for one year (12 months) after the last exchange, then deleted or anonymised, unless there is a legal obligation or a justified need to retain certain information for the defence of legal claims. If a contractual relationship begins, the necessary data is retained in line with the corresponding purposes and statutory periods.
